Directions
From the South: 91 North, Exit 49/Longmeadow. Turn right onto Route 5 North and proceed approximately two miles to Route 5/Longmeadow Street. Turn right on Converse Street and follow to the end. Turn left onto Dwight Street and follow to the end. Turn right on White/North Main Street. Follow North Main to light (Jiffy Lube on left), turn left onto Harkness Avenue. Visual Changes is on the right, fourth driveway entrance from light.
From the North: 91 South to Exit 1/Longmeadow/Forest Park. Follow the exit onto Route 5 South and proceed to the second traffic light. Turn left onto Converse Street and follow directions as above.
From the Mass Pike, East or West: Exit 6/Springfield and follow the signs for 291 to 91 South. Take 91 South to Exit 1/Longmeadow/Forest Park. Follow the exit onto Route 5 North and proceed to the second traffic light. Turn left and follow directions "From the South".
Appointments
All services are required to be booked in advance. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. If you are late your appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Policies
Returns and exchanges will be made within seven days of purchase, except discontinued and discounted items on which all sales are final. Makeup and jewelry are non-returnable/non-refundable.
Suggested booking for a wedding is three months prior to the event.
Complimentary consultations are available and recommended for all services offered.
All minors must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
VISA, MasterCard, debit card and cash are accepted forms of payment.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
No pets allowed in the salon.
